What is a PMO, and what should it do?

What does "capability led, not resource based" mean?

How much of our team's time will this require?
Less than you think. We don't slot in as an external vendor; we become part of your team. We embed into your structure, attend your governance forums, use your tools and follow your reporting lines.

Pricing & Commitment
Why is there a minimum 6-month commitment?
Real PMO capability takes time to embed and measure. Based on best practice, 6 months is the minimum PMO cycle to perceive and demonstrate value. A month is enough to assess, but not enough to improve, sustain and evidence results.
Can we change tiers during our subscription?
Yes. Moving from Walk to Run, or from Run to Fly, is a conversation, not a contract renegotiation. We design the service to scale with you.
We also offer on-demand services outside the subscription tiers, such as technology optimisation, AI adoption in project management, or addressing specific capability gaps.
We scope it and add it to your package without disrupting the engagement.
Is the price fixed or does it change?
Your monthly rate is fixed for the duration of your engagement term. No hidden fees, no scope creep charges. If your needs expand significantly, we will discuss a model upgrade, transparently, not retroactively.

During onboarding, we co-design the scope with you, defining the services, outcomes, and KPIs that establish a baseline and measure the engagement's impact. The first month defines success and establishes what needs to be measured.
We measure KPIs within their natural cycle, so results are tracked meaningfully, not arbitrarily. Value is defined, measured and evidenced throughout.
How do you fit into our existing tools and systems?
We work within your environment. If you have a PPM tool, we can improve how you use it. If you need a new one, we support evaluation, selection and adoption.
